- added a sequence merge and split command depending on the events timestamps

[1091] | 1 | merges all sequences of a collection of sequences into one long sequence depending on the timestamps of the contained events. If one of the events does not have a timestamp, the command quits with an error leaving the collection of sequences untouched. |
