The two most important packages of the Quest architecture are the '''Quest Core Library''' and the '''Quest Plug-ins'''. The Quest Core Library bundles all platform-independent parts defined of the conceptual framework on which Quest is based (see [wiki:GeneralInformation/Concept]), while the '''Quest Plug-ins''' contain the translation layer and platform layer components. The architecture is completed by a '''Quest Frontend''' package that provides user interfaces and a '''Quest Utilities''' package that contains supporting components.
