Architecture

The two most important packages of the Quest architecture are the Quest Core Library and the Quest Plug-ins. The Quest Core Library bundles all platform-independent parts defined of the conceptual framework on which Quest is based (see GeneralInformation/Concept), while the Quest Plug-ins contain the translation layer and platform layer components. The architecture is completed by a Quest Frontend package that provides user interfaces and a Quest Utilities package that contains supporting components.
